The Saint's Rose

1.5oz Premium Irish Whisky

.75 Benedictine

.75oz Dry Vermouth

4 mint leaves

Several Flakes of Salt

 

  1. Gently muddle the mint with the salt, taking care not to break it up
  2. Add the Benedictine and Vermouth, stir while again, taking time not to break up the mint
  3. Strain into a stirring vessel, and add the whiskey, along with a rock. Stir for 20 seconds, strain into a coup glass, and serve immediately
